Chocolate brownies / Fudge brownies

Hey! All...

Today I bring you all with a recipe that will make your taste buds go wow!!! It's so delicious and yummy that just melts in your mouth in seconds.

Brownies! Who doesn't love brownies? They are the best thing that can happen to a chocolate lover.

Recipe adapted from joy the baker

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup butter
2 tablespoon strong coffee or water
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. I used a round pan Instead.

Combine butter and cocoa powder in a small bowl, and place over a pot of simmering water. Make sure that the water down not touch the bottom of the bowl. Add the coffee or water and stir to melt the ingredients.

In another bowl whist the eggs and the sugar. Add vanilla extract. Now stir the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture.

Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine. Fold in the nuts.

Pour the batter in the pan, sprinkle some chocolate chips and some nuts if you like. Bake for 18-25 minutes.

This is what it should look like after you have combined everything together and ready to be baked..

Freshly baked hot! From the oven. Beautiful crispy crust in the top.

Cut them into squares

The brownies look perfectly moist,so-gooey and delicious.

Love Love love

Oh! YUM, now I am craving chocolate brownies. I have to make a second batch now coz its already gone. If you try this recipe then let me know.
